Ronald Lee Woodruff, age 86, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away suddenly early Sunday morning, February 23, 2025. He was born in Oak Hill, Ohio on October 25, 1938, to the late Orville “Freck” and Myrtle (Snyder) Woodruff.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Ricky Woodruff; great grandson, Grayson Dismuke; brothers, Jack and Terry Woodruff; and sisters, Linda Callahan and Phyllis Crabtree.
Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Kristi Maust; son, Ronnie Lee (Marie) Woodruff; ex-wife, Sharon Moore; and grandchildren, Lilian Dismuke and Emerson and Oakley Maust.
He served in the U.S. Army and received an honorable discharge. He worked at A.P. Greene for 56 years and retired from there at the age of 73. He was a faithful Christian man for about 80 years, and he took count at the church for approximately the last 45 years.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 1PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastors Kevin Terry and Fred Crabtree officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11AM until the time of the service at 1PM with a burial immediately after in C.M. Cemetery in Oak Hill. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
