Ricki Dawn Blake, age 13, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 25th, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 28th, 2008 in Huntington, West Virginia to Rickie and Melissa (Thompson) Blake.

In addition to her parents, she was survived by her brothers: David (Courtney) Givens, Steven (Myra) Givens, Jason (Kasey) Givens, and sister, Betty Blake, grandparents; Rick and Janie Blake, grandmother; Ruby DeYoung. aunt; Jackie Mershon, uncle; Timothy Blake, cousin; Coylee Slaton, nephews; Skylar Givens, Aiden Givens, and Daniel Givens; several great aunts, great uncles, cousins along with special friends; Nellie and Arnold.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother and several cousins.

Ricki was a tender-hearted, loving, and kind girl. She was always smiling and loved giving everyone hugs.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the Jackson City Schools employees and staff for all of their kindness and condolences.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022 at 1pm at the Blake & Givens Family Cemetery, 179 Gallia Blackfork Rd, Oak Hill, OH 45656.
