Michael Vaughn Corbin, born on September 2, 1958, in Columbus, OH passed on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the age of 65.  He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene, and mother, Luerttia Mae Corbin.  Surviving family members are his wife, Brenda Irene Corbin (married on November 18, 1978); his brothers, Robert Jr., Joe and Kirk; his sons, Christopher and Ryan Corbin; his daughters-in-law, Kelly and Sheila; and grandchildren, Jaxton, Hunter, Aubree and Broox Corbin.  He is a West High Graduate and served his country in the Air Force Reserves.  He was a loving husband, father, brother, and papa that cared deeply for his family.  He worked his entire life in the aeronautical industry in Ohio, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Mexico.  His life was filled with Joy and happiness until the very end, surrounded by his family. He is now pain free and spending time with his mother and father in Heaven, enjoying time lost with them due to both passing at earlier ages.  Some of his last moments on earth involved reflecting on his accomplishments in his life.  He will be greatly missed by both his family and close friends.  The family has chosen an un-traditional, front porch memorial service on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 2-6 PM at the family home, 53 Franklin Valley Rd., in Oak Hill.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
