Kenneth Charles Belcher Sr., age 77, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Friday, July 26th, 2024, at Buckeye Forest of Jackson. He was born April 29th, 1947 in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Wendell Belcher and Blanch Ann Smith.
He is survived by his brother, Lewis Belcher; son, Kenneth Belcher Jr; daughters: Tammy Belcher and Julie Dempsey; stepson, Freddie Cade; stepdaughters: Sandy Walters and Crystal Jenkins; grandsons: Tyler Belcher, Jeremy Dempsey, Levi Dempsey, Jordan Dempsey, Zack Shirkey and Nathan Shirkey; granddaughters: Makaela
Dempsey and Tiffany Shirkey.
He is preceded in death by his parents Wendell Belcher and Blanch Ann Smith; brother Weldon Belcher; and stepson Rickey Cade.
He was a loving father and very close to his brother Lewis Belcher. He loved the outdoors and will be greatly missed.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 31st, 2024, from 12-2PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2PM with Rev. Stan Howard officiating. Burial will follow at C.M. Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
