Jeffrey Mac “Jeff” Wolford, age 51, of Oak Hill, Ohio gained his wings Monday, December 27th, 2021, at Holzer Medical Center of Jackson. He was born July 25th, 1970, to the late John Franklin Wolford and Peggy McGown. On June 23rd, 2007, he married the love of his life, Angela Wolford.
Jeff had a passion for motocross and carpentry. His greatest love was for his family, grandbabies, and his dog, Duke. He was known for his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit.
He is survived by the love of his life, Angela Wolford; his mother, Peggy McGown; twin brother, Jason (Blanca) Wolford of Murfreesboro, TN; mother-in-law, Susan (David) Collins of Pataskala, Ohio; brother-in-law, James (Christy) Montgomery of South Webster, Ohio; three children: Ashley Wolford of Wellston, Ohio, Samuel Tolliver of Columbus, Ohio, and Joshua Tolliver of North Carolina; one grandson, Damian; special nephew, John Wolford; and great-niece and nephew, Brock Moore and Emersyn Moore whom he considered his grandbabies; as well as several nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, John Wolford; paternal grandparents, Morgan and Maggie Wolford; and maternal grandparents, John and Frances McGown.
Jeff always gave in life and continues to do so in death. Being an organ donor, he was able to donate to 50 recipients the gift of life.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 31st, 2021, from 11-1PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1PM at the funeral home with Pastor Donnie Brown officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
