Helen Marie Logan, 77, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Saturday August 17, 2024, at Grant Medical Center. She was born December 7th, 1946, in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late James and Martha Farney.
Helen was a homemaker and retired from factory work. She loved her family and her adopted family.
Helen is survived by her husband, Jack Gillum; special nephew that she considered a son, Todd Copas; three special nieces: Joane Canterbury, Rita Rollins, and Carole Kelley; sisters-in-law, Val Farney, Carolyn Farney, and Betty Lou Snyder; nephew, Keith (Dee) Copas; step-daughter, Christi (James) Carter; step-granddaughters, Jordyn (Ben) Wells and Jaidyn Baker; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Shane Logan; three sisters, Mary Copas French, Margaret Wilson, and Betty Tysinger; eight brothers: Jimmy, Marvin, Steve, Wayne, Chuck, Thomas, Bill, and John Farney; and special niece, Joyce Jarrell.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 22nd. 2024, from 11AM-1PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with a funeral after at 1PM with Rev. Stan Howard officiating. Burial will follow at C.M. Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
