Fredrick “Fred” T. Eggers Jr., age 75, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 22nd, 2022, at his home after a brief illness. He was born December 19th, 1946, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Fred and Edna Eggers.

Fred was a U.S. Veteran who served in the Army. He was formerly employed with Tri-State Security and was a State Fire Marshall. He enjoyed fishing and had a love for boats which he shared with his wife.

Fred is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia (Leech) Eggers and his son, Kenny (Noma Lynn) Eggers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Christina Lynn Webb; two brothers, Leroy William Eggers and Don Wilbur Eggers; and sister, Betty Walker.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, September 26th, 2022, from 5-8PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 27th, 2022, at 1PM at the funeral home with Pastor Bill Zink officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
