Donald Christopher “Chris” Britz, better known as “Critter”, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 13th, 2025. He was born December 10th, 1979, in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Donald H. and Jane E. (Waugh) Britz.
Chris is survived by his brother, James R. West II; son, Christopher Britz; two nieces, Winona Sue West and Nikki Rena West; three nephews: Gunnar Ray Alan West, J.R. West, and Jarod Ruggles.
Friends and family describe Critter as a loving brother, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025, from 4-8PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Per his wishes a cremation will follow. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
