Dewey Kenneth Burton, age 70, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 30th, 2023. He was born July 7th, 1952, in Olive Hill, Kentucky to the late Dewey and Madalene Burton.

Dewey is survived by his wife of over thirty years, Georgianna Burton; two sons, Kenny (Sabrina) Burton and Mike (Tonya) Burton; three granddaughters, Haley, Brooke, and Amber Burton; two grandsons, Cody and Cory Allen; one sister, Kathleen Dawson; two brothers, Carl and Dwayne Burton; several nephews; and one niece.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by infant brother, Eugene.

Dewey worked and retired from the Jackson County Highway Department after 30 years of service.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 6th, 2023, from 4-7PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 7th, 2023, at 12PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Horeb Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
