Anna Lucille (Adkins) Crabtree
Anna Lucille (Adkins) Crabtree age 87 of Jackson, Ohio went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday October 14th ,2020 at Four Winds nursing home. She was born in Midkiff, West Virginia on October 30th,1932 to the late Matthew and Esta (Bragg) Adkins.
Anna is survived by daughter; Bonnie (Steve) Coleman of Jackson, Ohio; sister Thelma (Delmar) Rakes; brother Reed (Naomi) Adkins of Troy, Ohio; grandchildren Marvin Lee Landrum, Rodney Landrum, and Angela (Kevin) Henderson; great grandchildren Brittany, Dakota, Austin, Ashley, Lindsey, Nathan, and James; She also has seven great-great grandchildren.
Anna was proceeded in death by her husband of 62 years Elmo David Crabtree; brothers Gordan Adkins, Corbin Adkins, Frank Miller, Junior Lovejoy, Albert Collins, and Tommy Adkins all of West Virginia.
Anna was a faithful member of the Jackson Apostolic Church for many years. Where she served as a Sunday school teacher. Anna retired from the Jackson plastic plant after working for 53 years. She loved her co-workers like family. Anna was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend to all who knew her. She loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. Anna was greatly loved and will be missed by all that knew her.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 18th, 2020 from 4PM-8PM at the Jackson Apostolic Church. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 19th, 2020 at 1PM at the Jackson Apostolic Church with Pastor Richard Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
