Timothy D. “Tim” Osborne, age 64, of Oak Hill, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. He was born on April 23, 1955 in Oak Hill, to the late Euel and Irene (Hall) Osborne.

He is survived by his daughter, Megan Osborne (Richard Griffith), of Wellston; son, Tim Osborne, of Jackson; brother, Teddy Osborne; sister, Diane (Everett) Sharp; grandchildren, Jayden, Jodie, Jenna and Julie Griffith and Claudia and Madison Osborne. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Tim loved racing, he loved to make people laugh. He always had something funny to say to anyone he saw. He enjoyed making people smile and he loved to compliment anyone he ran into. He loved the outdoors, mushroom hunting and anything out in the country. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. His personality will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Jay Osborne.

Friends may call Friday, November 29, 2019 from 12-2 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 with Pastor Bill Zink officiating.
