Beth Ann Ruggles, age 41, of Piketon, Ohio and formerly of Jackson, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019 at her home. She was born May 13th, 1978 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Dave and Debbie Ruggles.

She is survived by her two sons, SPC James (Julie) West of Fairbanks, Alaska and Jarod Ruggles of Piketon, Ohio. She is also survived by her parents, Dave and Debbie Ruggles of Beaver, Ohio, one sister, Amanda Ruggles and her children, Alicia and Melinda all of Jackson, Ohio, grandmother, Jean Jenkins of Jackson, Ohio and several aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Nathalie Ruggles and maternal grandfather, Delbert Jenkins.

Beth was a 1996 graduate of Jackson High School. She was an employee of Tim Horton’s in Chillicothe.

Friends may call on Sunday, August 4th, 2019 from 1-3PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson. Funeral services will be held immediately after at 3PM with Dr. James Spinnati officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to: Grundy Mountain Mission, 1760 Edgewater Drive, Grundy, VA 24614.
